- 1.2 million sq. ft. mixed-use facility located in downtown Halifax
- Located between Argyle and Grafton Streets near historic Citadel Hill
- Common and rock excavation offsite: over 25,000 truckloads of dirt removed
- Drilling and blasting: more than 300 blasts
- Perimeter line drilling, timber and lagging shoring, rock bolting, and backfill
- Phase successfully completed in 2013; Centre itself officially opened in 2017
