The Demolition business
is a logical extension of the business of civil contracting and
construction. This business is, however, more complicated than it
once was. It requires a constant awareness of specialized processes,
environmental regulations and guidelines, public concerns and a
complete understanding of health, safety and equipment requirements.
Dexter Construction is one of the regions leading demolitions/ dismantling
and remediation contractor. We have the resources to understate
simple or complex jobs with due regard to safety, timelines and
the need to minimize interference with existing surroundings.
Dexter Constructon is experienced in demolitions involving lead,
PCB's asbestos, hydrocarbon contamination, and other forms or
contamination. We have access to a network of disposal and recycle

Demolition requires the use of many of the types of equipment
that Dexter Construction has at its disposal for general contracting
such as Komatsu Excavators, Cat Loaders and Tandem and Trailer
Dumps as well as specialized equipment such as a Universal UP50
Processor, Pulverizer, a Shear, Grapple and Breakers. |
