- Removal and rebuilding of existing Lot 12 compound
- Develop a new area (approx. 5000m2) for addition to Lot 10
- Excavation to subgrade, replacement of unsuitables, Type 2, Type 1, asphalt and new fencing
- New storm and lighting systems in Lots 8, 9 and 10
- Placement of 115,000 tonnes of Type 1 gravels and 15,750 tonnes asphalt over Lots 8/9/10 (area approx. 92,000m2)
- Approximately 23,900m of line painting
