- Site development for future commercial space, including gas bar, NSLC and office space currently under construction with future hotel planned
- This project entailed significant earth moving (+170,000m3), rock blasting (+60,000m3), retaining wall construction, installation of site services (water, sanitary, storm and gas) and the construction of a new private street including curb, sidewalk and paving.
