- Subgrade at the end of Granite Drive and tie-in the existing Highway 101 with the new ramps
- Construction of a roundabout subgrade at the Granite Drive and mall intersection on Granite Drive
- Clearing and grubbing plus supply and installation of underground drainage culverts and catch basins
- Supply and installation of gravel, asphalt, concrete, guard rail, lighting, signage and landscaping
